Yes, I do love coffee and my present fascination is Kopi Luwak. It made my day when I saw a Civet Cat in Gourmet Farm last April 18. Civet Cat harvests the ripest of coffee berries, which are then processed in cat's stomach to give us the most rare and exotic beans (not to mention, the most expensive!). |
